There is good cross section of mixed abilities from beginners to a various boxing & marshal arts backgrounds. The club has a very friendly atmosphere is well equipped. Eric is a great teacher with a strong work ethic and a good quality of training, teaching the principles & technics of kickboxing & k1 plus variety of fun stuff for the kids to keep them engaged. If you or your kids looking for a marshal art or fitness routine in Knutsford it's well worth coming for a free introductory session.. Hope to see u there.. MattView less
